The landscape of Taiyo III is hostile and barren. The ground lays dead and salted and the only remaining trees too brittle to be used for much.

Underground ores are low in number and caches of densely packed scrap can be found instead.

The Moon is extremely resource rich, with huge veins of dense ore.

Ancient cities left to rot dot the landscape, their former inhabitants too stubborn to leave. Within these structures valuable items can be found and useful materials can be gathered from their building materials.

Hostiles do not burn in the sunlight and are infectious. The longer you remain on the surface the stronger the hostiles get. Occasionally during the night hordes will attack you be prepared!

Rarely there will be violent tornados or other dangerous weather phenomena that will damage structures and lift up vehicles.
