Apocalyptic Defender

In an underground complex under the city, an experimental chemical weapon malfunctions, transforming the city into ground zero for the apocalypse. The undead rise and citizens turn on each other for what little remains. However, after discovering that the zombies are evolving, the CIA sends you into ground zero to stop the infection before it gets out of hand. Armed with knowledge of machinery, gunsmithing, and alchemy you must build and defend your base from powerful hordes, desperate survivors, mutated zombies, and worst case scenario; the parasites.

Apocalyptic Defender is a modpack focused around exploration and base defense. Build guns, automate resource production, dive into Transmutation, and upgrade your base defenses as the hordes grow stronger over time. Be wary of your thirst bar and body temperature. Eat Unique foods to permanently increase your max health, but watch out as food rots away over time. Raid Military outposts or the dungeons for high quality or unique loot. Be vigilante as you sleep in case of a night attack. Turn skyscrapers into a defendable fortress as the last bastion of humanity. Manage medical supplies as natural regeneration is disabled.
