This is a Modpack that adds difficulty mods like the one advanced in the zombies, there are also backpacks, weapons, temperature, you will need to drink water to survive and have your sanity firm and to make your lives more enjoyable you can create things with the Mekanism.

The zombies are more aggressive.
You will have to worry about the cold, the heat and your thirst.
Every part of your body takes damage.
Your brain is broken, you will have to maintain your sanity to survive.
Sounds can alert zombies.
All dimensions are closed.
Be careful with mutant zombies.

left 4 dead was like almost the first inspiration.
The modpack is inspired by Cursed Walking - A Modern Zombie Apocalypse, DeceasedCraft - Modern Zombie Apocalypse, RLCraft, Mustard Virus by Forge Labs.
They are very good modpacks and recommended to play.
