APSU Unofficial

This 1.16.5 modpack is made specifically so that the average computer among my friends on the server can handle It without being able to fry an egg whilst running it. This modpack retains most of the building aspects but lacks most of the magic and technological aspects included in the original pack. 

Building
It includes both Oh the Biomes You'll Go and Biomes o'Plenty, so there are many exploration and building options open to players. This should also make it easier to find good spots to build, reducing the number of chunks players should need to load and thus reducing overall server lag. These and several other mods add hundreds of new blocks and items to build with and allow players to go into further detail with their homes and builds, plus some protection features to keep group servers and bases interesting. 

Tech/Magic

Applied Energistics 2 and Botania are still included in the modpack, leaving room for players to go beyond vanilla restraints without feeling as if they have changed which game they are playing. 

Quality of Life

Many mods include lag reduction, developer tools, and bug fixes that should overall help the quality of play for every player involved. This also includes AppleSkin, a mod that helps you see saturation and how much hunger a food item gives you. The pack is also equipped with Login Protection, so you won't be spawn killed, even if it were possible.

Saves

There is a world in the singleplayer saves folder. You can enter the world and see an unfinished version of the spawn of the server (a 1:1 recreation of our campus) this is for. I kept this in for players who wished to see it in development while I was building it, so there is no need to keep it.
