Arcanatech

       After playing about with a few create-based modpacks, I've opted to make one of my own. Fair warning, this is my first modpack, so it's not terribly clean or optimized. Feel free to give any suggestions to improve it in the future.

       The general aim of this modpack was to balance out the typical ease of late-game modpack progression with fittingly late-game challenges. I've also attempted to add as much cross-mod compatibility as possible so progression is smooth and natural. To that end, I plan on eventually adding quests.
