Arcane Seasons

Arcane Seasons is a magic-focused Forge 1.20.1 modpack built around spellcasting, witchcraft, exploration and changing seasons (mainly Autumn and Winter).

Discover a world filled with powerful magic systems such as Iron’s Spells ’n Spellbooks, Ars Nouveau, Hexerei, Botania, Occultism and Blood Magic. Explore dangerous new locations and dimensions, encounter creatures and bosses from mods like Twilight Forest, Alex’s Caves, Ice and Fire and Mowzie’s Mobs, and use Create as a light magitech layer rather than the main focus.

The world also changes throughout the year with Serene Seasons, enhanced snow and winter mechanics, and a strong autumn-to-winter atmosphere. Expect cozy seasonal environments, magical progression, exploration, combat and plenty of room for building and experimentation.

Current status: Early Beta. Core dimensions, magic systems, Create mechanics and seasonal features have been tested, but balancing and compatibility fixes may still be added in future updates.

Designed for players who want a fantasy-heavy modded Minecraft experience with magic at the center and technology kept secondary.

For the best experience, I recommend allocating at least 10 GB of RAM to Minecraft, especially when using shaders or exploring newly generated chunks.
