Description
THIS PACK IS DISCONTINUED
MY OTHER PACK, PATHWAYS, HAS A SIMILAR CONCEPT.
Long gone are the nights upon nights of microcrafting that one metallurgic infuser just to have to go through the process all over again. This pack aims to add difficulty to high-tech, while staying away from the cursed realm of microcrafting. Features major tech mods like Mekanism, Immersive Engineering, Industrial Foregoing, and some mods which add difficulty including Ice and Fire (dragon spawns are toned down, don't worry), Total Darkness, and Improved mobs!
Roadmap (subject to change at any point):
Thermal 1.16 release & Initial questing system & Tweaked crafting recipes (no, not microcrafting don't worry): 0.1
Improving defense options, especially early-game & Quest improvements: 0.2
More info on questing:
The quest system won't include random rewards (so no chance at getting end game items early), and won't hold your hand through each mod. Instead, it will reward you for milestones you reach in each mod. Mekanism, for example, could have quests for your first metallurgic infuser, obtaining each of the circuit tiers, creating a fusion reactor, setting up 5x ore processing etc. The rewards will be related to the quest you completed, so for example a "Plant 16 Seeds" quest could give you bone meal.
