ARKADE Cobblemon SMP is a curated multiplayer modpack built around Cobblemon, designed for players joining the ARKADE community servers. It turns standard Minecraft survival into a full Pokemon journey: catch and train Pokemon, build a team, and work your way through a structured progression system that gives every battle a purpose.

What you'll experience

Trainer encounters populate the world with NPC trainers you can challenge for rewards and experience. Instead of grinding wild spawns in isolation, you run into opponents as you explore, so building and testing your team happens naturally as you play. Gym leader progression gives the journey real structure. Work through a defined ladder of gym leaders, each with themed teams and increasing difficulty. Clearing gyms is how you measure your progress and unlock the next stage of the challenge, recreating the core loop of the mainline games inside a shared world. Battle towers offer an endgame and a reason to keep refining your team after the gyms are done. They provide a repeatable, escalating challenge where strong, well-built teams are rewarded and casual throwaway lineups get punished. Custom spawns and biome tuning mean the Pokemon you find are tied to where you are. Different biomes surface different species, so exploration is rewarded with new catches and the world feels deliberately built rather than randomly scattered. Hunting a specific Pokemon means going to the right place. Quality-of-life mods (maps, backpacks, and related conveniences) cut down on the friction that usually slows survival play. You spend less time managing inventory and getting lost and more time catching, battling, and progressing.
