ATFC Remix

This is a single-player focused modpack that adds some quality-of-life mods without alerting classic ATFC recipes and progression. It's pretty much ATFC but for the current year.

Often (A)TFC modpacks override original TFC behavior. e.g. tree chopping mods, or dynamic mining mod. In this modpack ATFC stays ATFC, but nice to have things are there too.

✨ Visual improvements

• Rethinking Voxels shader (which is an edit of Complementary Reimagined) configured to work with TFC torches, TFC water and snow.
• Vexxed Visuals to bring TerraFirmaCraft closer in visuals to the new textures for the more recent versions of Minecraft.
• Visuality to add a bunch of new particles to your Minecraft world.

🪓 Gameplay improvements

• No map, no minimap by default (you can bring it back with a few clicks)
• Fair Xaero's Minimap mod is still there for Waypoints (or if you want to turn on minimap)
• Jade plugin to displays if a block is supported (beacuse you want to know)
• Just Enough Breeding to displays useful breeding information
• Wall-jump over 3 blocks hight obstacles when you really need it (only 3, not as easy, so it's not OP I promise)
• Go Prone to sneak through 1-block high gaps
• Carry chests, barrels, and mobs in your (free) hands
• Pick up notifier
• Grave stone to recover you inventory after an incidents (ATFC has it)
• Swing through grass to hit the mobs (also from ATFC)
• Corals TFC to make them useful
• Nyf's Spiders for develop arachnophobia

• Macaw's All-In-One for TFC for you roofs, bridges and making your base pretty if you want to
• Additional Placements to place blocks in new orientations
• Labels for pretty box labels

🤌 UX and UI improvements

• Inventory Profiles Next for sorting and more
• Cycling inventory through hotbar (LCtrl + mouse scroll)
• Give me more to refill materials and tools in the player's hand from inventory
• Smooth swapping for UI animations
• Mouse tweaks to make less clicks
• Item Zoom to better see JEI items
• Better Advancements to actually use your screen space for displaying advancements
• Catalogue for modern mod list UI
• Stylish Effects to show effects with style

🎧 Sound and Music improvements

• Infinite Music and Music and Melody for longer uninterrupted soundtrack

⏩ Extra optimizations

• Advanced Backups to backup you world periodically
• Reduce resource usage by idle Minecraft via Dynamic FPS
• Smooth Boot (Reloaded), Fast quit, Lightspeed and LazyDFU to reduce waiting on game load and quit
• Disabled the usage data collection, aka no telemetry
• FTB Multiplayer related mods (FTB chunks, teams etc.) removed ⚠️
• Forge mod loader and mods updated to the most recent version for Minecraft 1.18.2

• LShift - More info about block
• LShift + RMB - Pickup and carry chest things (needs empty hand)
• (sprint) + mouse scroll - Cycle inventory through hotbar
• W + Space - Cling on a wall
• C - Go prone
• Z - Show / hide waypoint, B - New waypoint , U - List of waypoints
• Shift + U - Show usages of the item you are looking at

⚠️ If you play on a server it's better to use the original Auto-TerraFirmaCraft (TFC + Create) modpack.
