Description

The world is not entirely separate from the Spirit World. At some point in the past, the Veil between the two was weakened, and the two planes came to coexist within the same territory. In practice, the physical world became a surface "superimposed" over spiritual regions, as if certain parts of the map were echoes of places existing on both sides.
For this reason, creatures such as zombies, creepers, and other threats are not "normal monsters" in the classic sense. They are incomplete manifestations—spiritual residues that have taken form in the physical world. At night, as the light fades, these forms become more stable. During the day, the sun "anchors" the physical world and drives away these projections, leaving the spiritual creatures more fragile, dispersed, or less aggressive.
Dimensional portals are not gateways to entirely separate worlds, but rather shortcuts to specific points within the Spirit World. Instead of traversing vast distances between layers and regions, the traveler passes directly into a focal point of spiritual resonance.
The 15 bosses (a list of which can be found in the menu by clicking the book icon on the right) are like Guardians of Imbalance—corrupted cores or anchor spirits. Each one sustains a major rift in the Veil between worlds. As long as they remain, the surrounding region stays unstable, blocking passage and distorting the flow of the elements.
Defeating them means more than just overcoming a powerful foe; it means restoring the area's spiritual flow, purifying the path, and unlocking the next leg of the journey.
