AxCraft is a modpack that aims to mix many different playstyles together, allowing everyone to play it the way they like. Whether you like exploring beautiful landscapes, creating complex contraptions or building, AxCraft’s got you covered!

A beginner friendly vanilla+ experience😄

While AxCraft might seem content heavy based on the number of mods, there’s nothing really stopping you from playing the game completely vanilla. This makes the modpack relatively easy to learn for players with no prior experience of modded minecraft, although it’s still fun to play even if you’re a more experienced player.

Build your adventure 🛠️

As AxCraft is heavily based on Create and dozens of its addons, it is highly encouraged to focus your adventure around it. It’s always nice to come home to a beautiful house with automatic farms after a long day of exploration, no?

A focus on balance ⚖️

AxCraft is designed in a way that no item is too OP, and thus don’t ruin the gaming experience. Of course some items are stronger than others, but no item is a “must-have” because of its strength. This was one of my main reasons for creating this modpack in the first place, since I felt a lot of other modpacks heavily force you to a certain path because of overpowered items. As the modpack is kind of a "create your own path" modpack, there is no clear end goal. Thus playing with friends is highly encouraged, although letting your inner creativity shine is plenty of fun alone as well

Reduced lag and improved performance🤩

Mods such as Rubidium and Canary (along with many others) come preinstalled with AxCraft to help the modpack run smoother. The modpack also has all the OptiFine features, so for example playing with shaders is possible. 

As I am a beginner modpack developer, feedback is greatly appreciated. Please leave a comment if you find a bug or something else that you think needs tweaking. You are also free to comment mods you would like to see installed in the pack.
