At its core is the popular Cobblemon mod, bringing a Pokémon-style experience into Minecraft 1.21.1.

• Cobblemon Rider – Ride your Pokémon directly in the world (replaces Cobblemon: Ride On!)
• Cobblemon Shiny Days – Improved shiny Pokémon system
• Xaero’s Minimap (Fair-play Edition) – Explore your world fairly in multiplayer
• Zoomify – Press to zoom in like a telescope
• Jade – Instant block and entity information
• You're in Grave Danger – Items are stored in graves when you die
• Traveler’s Backpack [Fabric] – Portable backpack with fluid tanks and tool slots
• Trinkets (Fabric) – Adds accessory slots and mod compatibility framework
• Continuity – Smooth connected textures and visual consistency
• Cloth Config API – Required for in-game configuration support
