Basic Elements
What is this:
-Welcome to the basic elements lite, which is about having some simple fun beyond vanilla while utilizing newer mods currently in the works.
-This is a small pack intended to be open and balanced as possible and a option for players with older computers.
-With 1.15.2 performance improvements, try out some of the newer ported mod options whilst having a good time exploring beyond the basics of the vanilla game.
-Geared towards players (beginners and up) that want to try out modded 1.15.2 with without being to OP or endgame heavy.
-This pack in its current state is a work in progress, but as time goes on will evolve into its own style as mods are added and the pack is refined further.
-Thanks for visiting and checking out the project.
Info:
-Pack Mod Count=100
-Biomes O' Plenty world gen (Enabled by default).
-You may experience issues and instability at times. Recommended to Make backups of your worlds in case something corrupts, nukes your world. The goal is to keep this pack as stable as possible however, some mods may need to removed and added back in at a later date.
Hardware Specs:
-Goal will try to keep this pack (Light) and player friendly for those with older hardware in mind:
-Client=3.5-4gb minimum of ram dedicated to minecraft/forge recommended to run this pack.
-Server=4-6gb of ram recommended depending on player load/map size/ect.
Issues:
Open a Issue in the link: Issues Tab above so it can be tracked Thanks!
Known Issues/Fixes:
-Possible Curse Forge 1.14/1.15 Install Problem/Game wont launch Work Around:
"The problem is the Twitch launcher doesn't do a complete install and the Minecraft launcher is blocked from recovering. However, if you download the install manually from here and run it (be sure to point it to the Twitch's install directory in "%USERPROFILE%\Twitch\Minecraft\Install"), it should perform the complete installation and fix the issue."
-No in game sounds issue Fix:
-Copy the assets folder from a vanilla 1.14.4/1.15.2 stock client to the twitch/install/assets folder and overwrite the twitch assets folder, this is a known bug due to the Twitch app not installing correctly.
Source:Thanks to SDPhantom for this Solution
