A lightweight modpack for an enhanced vanilla Minecraft experience.

Minecraft: Better & Vanilla aims to take weak aspects of the base game and give them a fresh twist, while also adding content that meets player needs—all without ever losing the essence of what vanilla Minecraft is.

Features

  • Archaeology has been reworked to make it useful in a standard game.
  • Oceans feature more interesting content that encourages the player to travel more.
  • Caves feature biomes, structures, and improved mineral distribution.
  • XP is more abundant and can be stored, encouraging greater use of the enchantment table.
  • Farming has been revamped and now rewards the player for working at their base.
