About
Description
Blind Deaf Mute (BDM) is a lightweight Fabric experience designed to keep Minecraft as close to vanilla as possible while adding performance improvements, immersion, and a unique multiplayer experience based around three different roles.
At the beginning of the game, each player is assigned one of three roles:
- 👁️ Blind — You cannot rely on your vision and must navigate the world using your other senses.
- 🔇 Deaf — You cannot rely on sounds, making communication and awareness much more difficult.
- 🤐 Mute — You cannot communicate verbally with other players, forcing you to find alternative ways to communicate.
Each role creates a different way of experiencing Minecraft and encourages teamwork, communication, and creativity.
Features
- 🎭 3 unique roles: Blind, Deaf, and Mute
- 🚀 Better performance and stability
- 🌍 More immersive sounds and dynamic lighting
- 🎙️ Proximity voice chat
- 🎮 Vanilla-friendly quality-of-life improvements
- 📖 No new dimensions, progression systems, or major gameplay overhauls
The core Minecraft gameplay remains vanilla. The modpack simply adds the BDM experience and a few carefully selected improvements to make multiplayer more immersive and challenging.
Server Setup
