Bo's Adventure World Mod Pack

This mod pack includes a mix of adventure, fantasy and tech mods to allow a variety of play styles so that every player find something. It's designed for performance and stability and will not include mods which causing performance issues or compatibility issues with other mods.

It is also used as reference (testing pack) for all of my own mods to show case their usage and ways to integrate them in mod packs.

Shader Support

The mod pack includes everything to add Shaders without Optifine, I recommend the following Shaders:

Knowing Issues

Client Starting Issues

If you get any starting issues, please try the "Repair profile" option and remove the following mods, if needed:

• oculus-mc1.18.2-x.x.x.jar
• oculus-mc1.19.2-x.x.x.jar
• rubidium-x.x.x.jar

Disable SonicCraft music (1.18.2 only)

The mod pack includes a resource pack called "SoniCraft Uninteruppted". Just enable the resource pack to disable the music from the SonicCraft mod.

Backups

Please make sure to make regular backups of your world. FTB Backup is included (default: every 24 hours) but needs to be adjusted to your needs.

How to use it on the server ?

Just copy / extract the config and mod folder to your server and it should work fine. The mod pack includes an automatic server bundle to allow the same mod pack for the client / server side. This means there is no need to provide a separate client and server version.

Updates / How to keep your server up to date

The mod pack will receive regular updates, but this doesn't mean you need to update the pack with each update on your side or on your server. I recommend only to update the mod pack if you see any interesting new mod or if you have any specific issues which are solved in the newer versions. Most mod packs updates with different main version numbers like (1.8.x vs 1.9.x) should be considered as "breaking changes" in some or the other way.
