Caffeine Plus+ (Boosted FPS Performance)

A Fabric Modpack dedicated to all the performance mods created by JellySquid. These are performance mods and should help boost your game's fps performance when enabled. There are 5 mods in this modpack which consist of Sodium, Lithium, Hydrogen and Phosphor. Mod Menu is also included to show the mods button on main menu. This pack is aimed at low-end machines and mods are kept at a minimum to keep it as close to vanilla as possible. Install and play!  Now includes Hypixel server preloaded in server list.

Sodium

Sodium is a free and open-source optimization mod for the Minecraft client that improves frame rates, reduces micro-stutter, and fixes graphical issues in Minecraft.

Lithium

Lithium is a modern, general-purpose optimization mod for Minecraft which works to improve a number of systems (game physics, mob AI, block ticking, etc) with the goal of not changing any vanilla mechanics.

Phosphor (removed in 1.21+)

Phosphor is a Minecraft mod which works to optimize one of game's most inefficient areas-- the lighting engine. It works on both the client and server, and can be installed on servers without requiring clients to also have the mod.

Hydrogen (replaced by Ferritecore in 1.21+)

Hydrogen is a free mod designed to reduce the game's memory requirements by implementing more memory-efficient data structures and logic.
