Capri Zone is a modpack for version 1.19.2, which is filled with many great mods, with a great focus tech

The modpack uses TerraBlender and biomes O' Plenty for worldgen
For exploration there is Simply Swords, Environmental and Atmospheric
The main tech mods are: Mekanism, Ad Astra, Create, Extreme Reactors and Immersive Engineering
Many structures have been improved by mods like YUNG's better structures
The many mods allows the player a lot of freedom. You can explore the world with the YUNG's better structures or you can make a massive factory with Create, Mekanism and Immersive Engineering. You can even go to space with Ad Astra
