This is an idea I've had for years where I add a mod per episode taking viewers on the journey with me via livestreams (most updates are themed adding multiple mods around a central theme). Eventually the pack will be "Complete" but until then it will update often (aiming for at least 1/wk). Due to this, on the official server (currently whitelisted) I'm using the Lost Cities Dimension as the main world so that the overworld can be reset without people losing their bases/stuff. The pack is meant to be an overpowered kitchen sink pack where things are purposely not balanced this way you can power through the game pretty quickly reaching end game and instead focus on building and experiencing the games content!
