Kind of like an "expert mode" pack, but in reverse.

About

Description

Have you ever looked at a pack that you've been frustrated with, where you realize that you're one eye of ender short for your end portal, only to say "sod it" and spawn in an ender pearl and blaze powder?

---

To begin, this mod is not an ultra-hard pack.  If you're looking for one, look elsewhere.  Your mileage may vary, but this pack is considered to be simple enough that a battle-hardened player could play this pack without ever putting down anything except a crafting table, a couple of chests and a furnace, if that.  Your "default" pickaxes will be enchanted diamond pickaxes from loot bags, so consider yourself warned.

Mods here will make you think, and will push you to know how to use JEI and your wits.  If you want to stick around a millenaire village, try to stick around a river and you'll never have to do an honest day's work in your life. If you want to conquer the world, The Emerald Haven will rise up to meet you. Advent of Ascension was considered for the pack, but I wanted the experience to favor anyone that wants to explore the world, rather than having to worry about surviving the first night every night.

For any of you fun people that want to really get into the meat golden carrots and potatoes of the entirety of this pack, Adiecta Materia will let you cycle through resources with ease, and Alchemistry will let you really customize your resources.  I opted to include ProjectE for the sheer fact that this pack was already very broken by the time I asked myself about it, and decided, "eh, why not."

The focus for this pack was geared towards a lot of new mods, and to try to reduce the amount of "well-trodden" mods like Thermal Expansion or Extra Utilities.  However, not having a few of them around made the situation just that much harder, and alienated its beginning players.

In short, there are some fun workarounds that will make you absolutely broken.  Can you get all 400+ enchantments?
