MrCrayfish Furniture Mod Refurbished - adding around 80+ functional furniture.

Another Furniture - adds a lot of vanilla friendly furniture for building pretty bases.

Yuushya Townscape - A mod that adds hundreds of beautiful blocks for building a city.

Chipped - adds thousands of block variants like amethyst bricks or eroded diorite blocks (very similiar to Chisel).

Prehistoric Fauna - if you want to add a museum with pretty skeletons or make a real dinosaur park.

Alex's Mobs - adds around 70+ vanilla friendly mobs for building a fully functional zoo (every one of them has an ability).

WorldEdit - a very helpful mod for easier building using commands.
