My Default Minecraft FPS: 742 FPS - CPU Usage 40% - GPU Usage 35%

My FPS With Client Enhancements: 1245 FPS - CPU Usage 25% - GPU Usage 17%

(I have a really good PC so the different might not be much for me but for someone on a pc that isn't as good it could be alot more.)

Shaders:

• Complementary Shaders - Unbound
• Complementary Shaders - Reimagined

Although shaders will lower your FPS sometimes its worth it.
