At the heart of the pack is Cobblemon, an open-source Pokémon mod that lets creatures roam free in the wild, interacting dynamically with the terrain.

Don't let the huge modlist scare you! This pack is heavily optimized using modern performance mods like ModernFix, FerriteCore, and others. It is designed to run smoothly on modern systems, and requires no more than 4GB of RAM (you could even possibly get away with 3GB, but it's not recommended).
