Description

PREPARE TO BE.... Underwhelmed?

This is, in short, the product of me browsing a ton of mods, mashing them together, and making checking that it loads enough to make it to the main menu. I can confirm it works to the extent I've played (around 50 hours, Nether explored but not the End), but no guarantees. Also, there have been absolutely no balance/progression passthroughs, so there are likely to be overpowered, underpowered, or ambiguous elements to mod interactions.

This modpack has one primary goal: long play-throughs. This isn't to say you can't beat the pack quickly, rather to say that I wanted taking your time to be as good as raw progress. Speaking of progress; assuming the end-goal of a Minecraft world is defeating the Ender Dragon, the main method of progress here is actually exploration. This is the means to the aforementioned goal of the pack. This is accomplished in the overworld mostly through Terralith by Starmute, and End Remastered by jack_bagel. The first provides the enhanced landscape and breathtaking biomes, and the latter provides the incentive. The philosophy of giving weightier purpose to many more loot sources and by extension exploration, was something I fell in love with upon first seeing the mod. The use of the now-datapack Towers of the Wild originally by idrae_ is also highly recommended, but ultimately not necessary. It should also be mentioned that while Multiplayer co-op is the intended method of play, it is not required. Games are just cooler with friends :)

Ultimately I am a believer in going into games blind, so I would recommend that. If you must check that your favorite mod is present go to the Files tab and search for it there.

There is no official documentation (yet?). If you encounter any issues, please let me know. However I cannot guarantee that they will be fixed quickly due to me being dumb and also this being a for-fun project. Also due to it being a for-fun project, please feel free to do what you want (within the license obviously) with the pack.
