This modpack is about Create and Minecolonies! 

This modpack has Create and electricity you can build huge factories that produce metals, bullets, or refine oil.

You can produce electricity with diesel. You can build big cannons to defend your territory.

Your colonies can work for you and help you do complex stuff or just in the early game.
