Kept to being an enhanced vanilla gameplay, with less than 20 added items* will allow you to play vanilla but with a twist!
You will spawn with 5 hearts but by killing mobs and bosses you can get thousands of hearts! There is a small chance for mobs to drop "Heart Containers"! These will give you added health! All mobs around you have added health with a small chance to spawn a rare "blight" that has extreme buffs such as speed 8 and strength 2! (this whole section was added by a single mod called Scaling Health) There is also Money, VeinMiner and more (Waila hasn't been released yet)!
*besides chisel and quark which don't affect frames
