A brutal Forge 1.20.1 horror survival modpack built to make Minecraft feel unsafe again.
This pack throws you into a world filled with stalking creatures, cave predators, distorted entities, psychological horror, disturbing ambience, and constant paranoia. Every cave feels wrong. Every sound matters. Sometimes the monsters don’t even attack immediately — they just watch.
You are never truly alone.
Main Horror Mods Included The Man From The Fog A relentless entity inspired by urban horror that stalks players in darkness and strikes when least expected. From The Caves Adds terrifying cave encounters, disturbing sounds, and creatures that make mining dangerous again. Siren Head The massive siren creature roams the world with horrifying audio cues and long-distance hunting. The One Who Watches You may notice something staring at you from afar before it disappears into the dark. The Knocker A creature that manipulates sound and fear to lure players deeper underground. Goat Man A fast and aggressive predator inspired by cryptid horror. Boiled One Reimagined Disturbing visuals and terrifying encounters based on internet horror.
