Description

Deadstone II Title Image
Deadstone II is a modpack for those who are playing with friends and just want a lot of tech, below is a summary I have created for those who have been intrigued thus far.

Deadstone II - Better Animals+

Better Animals Plus is a mod that adds a lot of animals to the game that you would see in real life... it have a semi-vanilla feel to it but not too much. The mod adds wolves, coyotes, deer, crabs, sharks, and other sorts of creatures that can be dangerous to be around. For example, if you walk into a crab then it snaps at your legs and decreases your health a tiny bit while sharks can eat you within two bites if you are not careful.

Deadstone II - Chunk Generation

There are a lot of mods out there for different types of generation abilities, this particular modpack (Deadstone II) uses Biomes O' Plenty to make the biomes feel more nice, it gives an uplifting aesthetic. Another mod that makes the chunk generation even better is the Biome Bundle O' Plenty mod which uses the Biome Bundle mod features but adds compatibility to Biomes O' Plenty, this adds realistic terrain that has great mountains like those that you would see in real life. For caves, we have YUNG's Better Caves which, if you ever been in a cave, adds a more realistic cave feel... most caves usually have an oval shape like the ones you will find with YUNG's Better Caves.

Tinker's Construct is a mod that almost ever 1.12.2 modpack has (which stopped updating to newer versions) that changed the game for the better, in the mod you can create a smeltery, ever so large, that can create even better tools. There are addon mods such as Tinker's Armory that has been added to enhance everyone's experience with the mod.

JurrasiCraft is a mod that was based on a popular movie franchise and was very popular at a point of time, one of the best mods for survival and has several end-game components. In this mod, you can create incubators and other machines to debunk fossils and eventually create dinosaurs spanning from a raptor, all the way to a tyrannosaurus rex. Although this mod is primarily based on the creation of dinosaurs using lab equipment, this mod also adds vehicles such as the jeep, van, helicopter, and many blocks to the game to enhance the experience of surviving.

Although that may have seemed like a lot of mods, there is much more to explore in this pack! This pack also includes mods such as Ender IO to add power sources and machines, Immersive Engineering to add a lot of machines and tools, JourneyMap for better exploring, Industrial Craft to add a lot more machines and tools like Immersive Engineering does, Macaw's Furniture and many more for more detailed building, Mekanism for the machines and such, Pam's HarvestCraft with realistic food, ReAuth for ease of use, Quark to add more vanilla like items/blocks to the game, The Aether (a mod in which there are many bosses, items, etc. that changed modding for the betterment of minecraft), and more which you can find by downloading this modpack.
