This is Simply Steam Deck Modpack.

Simply Steam Deck Modpack works wonderfully with Valve Steam Deck, Simply Steam Deck is a unique Minecraft modpack designed for the Valve Steam Deck. (Probably works on Steam Machine also)

Simply Steam Deck modpack is made for a barebones Steam Deck Minecraft experience.

This modpack successfully improves the controller Minecraft experience without changing the whole game. With this modpack, the game has been modified, such as the GUI, to make the controller Minecraft experience better.

This modpack has been tested on the Valve Steam Deck OLED and LCD.

Don't use this on servers such as Hypixel without using Keyboard Like Movement in controlify's global settings, this happens because Controllify "by default" opts into different movement system "which is better/more fluid on Controllers" which can trigger some anticheats unless you want to get banned.
