This modpack is a light tech pack heavily focused on Create and it's addons. There are however, few other mods as well, such as Farmer's Delight or Tinkers Construct. There aren't many mods present, so it is a great place to start if you're new to modded minecraft or if you don't know about Create too much and want to learn. 

Create: A mod that adds mechanics into the game. Through various complicated machines you can build, you can automatize almost everything. It also adds trains.

Create addons: Misc & Things (additional things without concrete category), Big Cannons (its in the name, just big cannons), Crafts & Additions (adding electricity), Deco (decorative blocks), Encased (decorations), Diesel Generators (oil rafineries and combustion engines), Interiors (decorative blocks), Steam 'n' Rails (expansion of trains from basic Create).

Farmer's Delight: New crops, foods, adds completly new dimension to Vanilla's eating system. Part of the modpack is also a compatibility with Create, so you can automate your food as well.

Tinker's Construct: Allows you to construct your own tools with variety of old and new materials.

Builder's Delight: Plenty of new blocks, mostly decorative ones.

Tectonic + Biomes O' Plenty: Two mods changing the generation of whole world. BOP adds plenty of new biomes, blocks and trees, while Tectonic looks into generation of the world, focusing on more realistic terrain.

Quality of life mods: Simple tomb (tombstone mod), Mouse tweaks (easier manipulation with item in inventory), Jade (shows you what you're looking at), JEI (recipe book and library of all items), JourneyMap (minimap, waypoints)
