DMQ: Dungeons, Machines and Quests
A WIP medium sized modpack designed for those dispersed friend groups, designed so everybody has something to do, begginner friendly with FTB Quests that guide you on how to use and enjoy the mods.
Core elements are dungeon crawling, machines and automation, farming, building and questing.
Server installation
1. Download Forge 40.2.0 from here
2. Open the installer and install the server to a desired location X
3. Download the Server pack from here and unpack to that location X
4. Open the server and enjoy
Feature List
Quests!
There are a lot of custom quests thanks to FTB Quests (press H to open). Remember that there are also Advancements to guide you, which can be opened from the menu or pressing L.
There are external quests that are such a great work, made by other Modpacks such as:
- Create Live 3: Create related quests, Backpack related quests, challenges and shop ideas.
Jobs!
You can select a job and get skills and abilities, so does the villagers!
Machinery and Automation
With Create, its addons and Thermal Expansion you can design fun contraptions or farms. There are quests to guide you in your journey to becoming a great engineer!
Dungeons and Mobs
There are plenty of new structures and new mobs to fight, even some new bosses!
Nether
A massively expanded nether awaits you! However, be cautious as its no peaceful place.
