Description
Drak's Dragons
For hundreds of years, Dragons have roamed the lands of the Known World. They are not simply pests and menaces, but the main cause of the loss of many lives. Only a brave few can slay a dragon. Even less can tame one.
Ice and Fire
Is a mod created by both Raptorfarian and Alexthe666, which hopes to add dragons in a proper way. Currently, Dragons have two types: Ice and Fire. Fire Dragons breathe fire and roam most of the habitable world, whilst Ice Dragons inhabit the coldest places known to man and freeze their prey to death. Both kinds of dragons spawn naturally as adults.
Ice and Fire aims to bring to you a revolutionary dragon experience.
We allow role players and mod pack makers to have access to all
the basic and advanced needs of a dragon hunter and tamer role. These
include:
Dragon skeletons - these can be found in desert biomes and can be used to collect a few bones
Dragon roosts and caverns - where you can fight dragons and find grand treasures
Dragon eggs - which can be found in dragon caves
Dragon taming and riding - mount up your tamed dragons and even armor them
Dragon equipment - craft tools and weapons from dragon bones and armors from dragon scales
Bestiary - for collecting and learning information with regards to dragon
Buildcraft
is a great release, bringing additions and improvements in almost every area of the mod. Here are some highlights:
- Modularization is back, for those pack developers who need a smaller subset of our functionality.
- A fresh, new look by CyanideX! (Excluding robots. Those have, sadly, been delayed - due to time issues - but will make it to a later Stable release.)
- Optimizations to fillers, builders, pipes, robots and other parts of the mod.
- Pipes: round robin sorting in diamond pipes, weighting in diamond fluid pipes, massive stripes pipes powers, improved pipe rendering and colors!
- Recipes: more expensive lists, less expensive pipe plugs
- Silicon: New Assembly Table and Integration Table, ACT replaced by a CraftPacket-inspired
- Packager + Stamper system
- Factory: Tanks get comparators now!
- Robotics: New Zone Planner, improved trigger/action logic, fancy robot animations.
- Paintbrushes! For some reason.
Streams
This mod introduces real flowing rivers, with a true current, to Minecraft. These rivers are generated in the world using custom non-decaying flowing blocks and are much larger than anything the player could create using buckets. They originate in multiple sources and flow down the terrain through slopes and waterfalls, joining together into wider rivers until they reach the sea.
Carry On
Carry On is a simple mod that improves game interaction by allowing players to pick up, carry, and place single block
place single block Tile Entities (such as Chests, Furnaces, Droppers, Spawners, and your favorite machines from other Tech Mods) using only their empty hands. No items (or pickaxes) required. States, meta data, inventory and NBT data are retained. It also allows you to carry around smaller mobs!
How it Works
- Shift (can be rebound) + Right-Click (with Empty Hands) on any Tile Entity or mob to lift and carry
- Right-Click to place
