About
Description
Sometimes you want a little bit more exploration and a little less of the 'common' in your pack; Welcome to Echo.
At its heart, Echo is a kitchen sink pack. While many of your normal mods such as Thermal Expansion and Thaumcraft are in this pack, other common mods such as Tinkers construct and Big reactors are not. Care has been taken to seek out new and interesting mods that do not often get featured in packs.
A good chunk of time has been spent changing configuration files and with mine/mod tweaker trying to make a slightly, but not overtly different experience for players. Balance has been a concern while working on this pack, but it was never taken to the extreme that FTB: Infinity Expert mode did. A small number of top tier goodies require items from several mods, but you will never have to journey to the farlands just to make a pulveriser.
Come punch some trees with us and discover some of the amazing things 1.7.10 still has to offer in a post 1.10 world.
A word about key bindings. Custom key bindings have not been included in this pack for your (in)convenience. I highly recommend that you check your key bindings. Specifically you should bind the “cinematic camera” mode to a key. Failing to do so may result in the mode turning itself on and off, on a whim.
