Elite Combat

This modpack removes the factors that makes Minecraft comabt repetitive, simple, and boring.  And it does so in a vanilla+ way.  Most of the changes involve simply adjusting default values.

Buffs weak mobs:  Makes mobs spawn with tougher weapons and armor the deeper you descend.  Improves zombie combat capability. 

Make useless weapons useful:  Makes the crossbow, trident, potions, and wind charge useful.

Nerf OP game features:  makes the bow do less damage the closer the target is to the player.  Gives the shield a cooldown after taking multiple hits. Limits player's ability to immediately heal by eating.

Adds new combat mechanics:  Allows the player to run faster and jump farther for increased maneuverability and damage.
