V++

This is a mostly vanilla-plus modpack with a broad selection of handpicked mods focused on improving performance, enhancing visuals, and offering fun, immersive gameplay. It also features some meme mods like Metal Pipes, Backrooms, and cat_jam.

It was originally created for a small group of friends on a private Discord server and doesn’t include many server-side-only mods or data packs to potentially improve client performance. Feel free to expand it with additional mods as you like!

Mods, data packs, and resource packs not distributed on Modrinth:

• Customly modified version of Vanilla* Horses (original Modrinth page) to tweak Horseshoe speed bonus and add a tooltip for it
• Customly modified version of Spyglass Improvements (original Modrinth page) with a monkey patch to sync spyglass usage with the server, so others will see you using the spyglass (comes with somewhat annoying item swap sounds)
• Customly modified version of Minecart Turning (original Modrinth page) to disable it by default (because it spins you around while sitting via FSit)
• Recolourful Containers GUI + HUD (DARK) Resource Pack by Vi_Tul on CurseForge
