Essential+

Essential+ is an optimization and quality of life enhancement Minecraft client built around the famous Essential mod based on the Fabric modloader.
It supports free world hosting, contains the Essential chat, friends, and cosmetics system.
The modpack is easy to customize and expand. However, there are also themed, pre-made versions available, such as Essential+ Exploration.

⚠️ Warning (Ban risk)

If you plan to play on PvP servers, use Essential+ Latest or one of the version-specific variants.
Do not use Exploration, as we have quality-of-life mods related to inventory management and the minimap that may be prohibited on PvP servers.
Using Essential+ Exploration on public servers is at your own risk and responsibility.

Focus on Exploration

This is the "Exploration Variant" of Essential+.
Essential+ Exploration focuses on optimizations driven by new auditory and visual content to make the world more immersive.
Despite these changes, the game itself remains vanilla.
Nevertheless, Essential+ contains Exploration Mods which may be banned on PvP servers.

Performance & Enhancements

This pack is faster than the famous game clients and relies on modern performance mods like Sodium.
Essential+ offers support for most of the OptiFine features like shaders, connected textures, zoom and GUI such as entity stuff.
