A matching dedicated-server package is provided as an additional download. Use the same pack version on clients and servers, and follow the included server setup instructions.

Server configuration

The supplied server configuration limits explosive cannon damage and prevents cannon projectiles from changing their surroundings. Ammunition blocks can still explode. These settings do not protect against every source of damage or replace server moderation.

Known issue

Small Ships 2.0.2 may report a configuration-unload exception during shutdown. World saving and subsequent reloading passed our checks, but the shutdown exception remains unresolved.
