Fog before The Storm

A hybrid of my custom Wither Storm/Vanilla+ based modpack with my modified version of the From the Fog modpack.

Mainly for me and my friends to tackle, but I hope you'll find this challenge fun.

You will be hunted by horrifying entities from within the darkness, ones that stalk you, ones that rush you, ones that scare you, ones that prevent you from sleeping.

Among all things, the Wither Storm will keep you on the move, you may never stay in one place ever again, making this challenge a LOT harder!

Over time, things will ramp up further and further, until it will linger at a certain intensity. Blood moons will make this experience worse for the player, as monsters no longer burn in the daylight.

Herobrine will taunt you, scare you, it is up to you whether you let him stay or banish him into the Farlands of Minecraft's Code.

The Man from the Fog will not rest until your heart stops beating.

The Midnight Lurker will get you anywhere during the night time. Whether it is on the surface, in the cave system or otherwise.

The Knocker will prevent you from sleeping, making you get up constantly. Sometimes, he might just confront you himself.

Make sure to never suffocate in gravel or sand, you might just no-clip unwillingly.

The Starved Stalker will eat you alive.

The Cave Dweller will lurk in the darkness and try to get you to look at him.

You might think the Nether, the Aether or the Twilight Forest will be your safe haven, but no. A few of them will get you there too. :)

The waters have become much more dangerous, creatures from Subnautica have infiltrated the waters and other evil creatures tend to lurk there too.

Weeping Angels lurk around every corner of your world. Just don't blink. ;)

The Wither Storm will keep you on your feet, as you have to keep moving, if you don't want to be caught by it.

Get better gear and enchantments with Tetra and Apotheosis, as you will need the gear in your great battles against all these entities!

Installation Guide:

1. CurseForge Installation:

   • Download and install the CurseForge launcher if you haven't already.
   • Search for "From The Fog - Koitinuum Edition" in the CurseForge modpacks section.
   • Click "Install" to automatically download and set up the modpack.
   • Don't install Optifine, this modpack already has Embeddium.

2. Launching the Modpack:

   • Once installed, select "FROM THE FOG" from your modpack list.
   • Adjust allocated RAM in the launcher settings for optimal performance.
   • Click "Play" to embark on your terrifying journey.

Troubleshooting Guidelines:

1. Crashes and Performance:

• Allocate sufficient RAM through the launcher settings.
• Update Java to the latest version.
• Disable resource-heavy shaders or mods if performance is an issue.
