This project is a fork of the FPS Modpack All configuration files, scripts, and choices are used and distributed under the MIT License. Full credit goes to the MIRRONAKE for his amazing foundational work!

What makes this fork different?

While the original modpack lays a fantastic foundation, this fork takes performance and optimization to the next level. I have specifically added 4 powerful optimization mods to significantly boost your gameplay experience, stabilize frame rates, and reduce resource usage:

  • Lithium: Provides general-purpose physics, chunk loading, and AI optimizations without changing vanilla mechanics.
  • FerriteCore: Drastically reduces Minecraft's RAM usage by optimizing internal data structures.
  • Entity Culling: Skips rendering tiles and entities that are not visible to the player (e.g., behind walls), leading to massive FPS gains.
  • Dynamic FPS: Automatically reduces Minecraft's resource usage when it's running in the background, keeping your PC cool and quiet.
