Fractions is a competitive multiplayer playthrough of Minecraft where players each race to complete the same set of Goals before anyone else! Step inside the no mans land and risk being killed!

Brief Explanation:

Welcome to Fractions! A Minecraft "Gamemode" I developed back in 2019!

Think of Fractions as a "Space Race" kind of game! Players will each be given a plot of land, and are tasked with completing a list of Requirements to win! These goals can be wildly different depending on what kind of game you might want to set up. Here are some of our favorites "Quests"!
- Kill the Ender Dragon
- Space Race! Get to the moon!
- Fully automatic Cake machine utilizing the mechanics in the Create mod!
- Get a Trident
- Build a Functioning Train through the Nether
- Drain an Ocean Monument
- Build a Throne consisting of at least x amount of Diamond Blocks.

This Gamemode mechanically takes place in a Survival Minecraft Server holding two worlds, utilizing either the Bukkit Plugin/Forge Mod known as Mutliworld. Both of these mods serve the same Purpose and should work just fine, given you setup everything correctly.

The first world, is the Fractions world. The Fractions World Holds a Large Hollow Cylinder, and will act as the World Border / wall for all the players. This Large Cylinder, or, "The Fraction" is then Divided into a number of "Slices" or "Fractions" equivalent to the number of Players. It is important that each fraction's land is as close to fair as you can get it. Everyone should have the same amount of Land.

You are only allowed to build, mine, PVP, manage tile entities, etc in your own Fraction. Killing, stealing, building, or mining ANYWHERE that isn't your slice, is strictly against the rules.

The No Mans Land (Every dimension aside from the Fractions Dimension)

There is one Exception to this rule however, and that is the No mans land, which is the SECOND world. The No Mans Land is generally considered to be a the resource gathering dimensions, consisting of the Main Overworld, the Nether, and End. There is only so many resources you can get from your fraction, so at some point, you are forced to go into the No Mans Land to find a desert temple, or kill a warden, etc. Anything goes in any dimension that isnt the Pie Dimension, so killing eachother, stealing, or other nefarious acts are NOT prohibited here

## Setting up the Pie
At the Center of the Pie, should be a structure of some sort, (Usually, its a building made to look pretty from everyone's Slices) containing a portal or teleportation device of some sort that should teleport the players to the No Mans land. (There will be a device near 0,0,0 in the No Man's overworld to take you back to the Fraction)

With that, this is our Ruleset for creating a very fun Minigame! At least 3 players is recommended, however not required.
