Friend Pack 2022

Welcome to Friend Pack 2022, a modpack for Minecraft 1.16.5 designed around 3 core concepts:

-Expansions on Vanilla concepts and mechanics

-Light magical elements

-Exploration and dungeons

The design philosophy of Minecraft 3 is centered around feeling like an extension to vanilla Minecraft, with tons of new options for adventuring (accomplished through Biomes O' Plenty, Dungeons Plus, IntoTheVoid, Twilight Forest, Better End and Nether, and many more), extensions of vanilla magic and enchantments (Botania, CoRail Tombstone, and more), extensions on vanilla food systems and farming (Cooking and Farming for Blockheads, Pam's 2 Suite, Aquaculture 2, and more), extensions of vanilla item production and storage (Create, Iron Chest/Barrel/Furnace, Sophisticated Backpacks, Productive Bees, and more), and general tweak mods (Quark, Polymorph, Nature's Compass, and many more), in addition to Terrablender and Caves and Cliffs Backport to closely emulate the experience of 1.18.

NOTE: This modpack is unusuable with OptiFine due to some mod incompatibilities. We have however included FerriteCore, which greatly improves the performance of the pack. In addition, Terrablender is not 100% required; it can be turned off when generating the world to use Biomes O' Plenty's generation or vanilla-style generation. This modpack was crafted with interlocking systems in mind. Please drop any incompatibilities in the comments so we can see what we need to work on. We are also taking suggestions for mod additions to future versions of the pack!
