# Frost SMP

**Frost SMP** is the official modpack for **frostsmp.smp.live**.

The world has been consumed by an endless winter. Snowstorms cover the landscape, temperatures can become deadly, and surviving outside for too long without proper clothing or a source of heat can kill you.

Explore frozen forests, massive snowy mountains, abandoned settlements, spruce villages, ruins, and icy cave systems while searching for food, equipment, valuables, and supplies.

## Survival

Temperature is a major part of survival. Stay dry, wear warm equipment, use fires and other heat sources, and prepare before traveling far from shelter.

Blizzards can heavily reduce visibility and make exploration much more dangerous.

## Exploration

Frost SMP features expanded terrain, frozen caves, new settlements, structures, towns, ruins, and locations to loot throughout the world.

Some locations may contain valuable equipment and supplies, while others may already be nearly empty.

## Economy

Players can earn money by gathering and selling resources, trade with other players, use shops, and compete to become one of the richest survivors on the server.
