No reviews yet
A post-apocalyptic survival tech modpack built around Create, Cold Sweat, and Serene Seasons set on a frozen, infected world.
Designed to be difficult and challenging for experienced players, often with many hours of gameplay.
Neoforge is a fork of the Minecraft Forge available for versions 1.20.1+ of Minecraft. Many Forge mods are compatible with Neoforge and vice versa.

About
Description

You wake up on a world that has already ended. The temperature is lethal. The dead outnumber the living. Whatever happened here wasn't natural and it isn't over. Your only way forward is up: scavenge the ruins of lost cities, survive the cold, and build something capable of fighting back. That's where your story begins.
❄️ Survival
Cold Sweat makes temperature a constant threat. Dress for the weather, manage your heat sources, and don't get caught outside during a blizzard. Serene Seasons drives a full seasonal cycle where winter is genuinely deadly, not decorative.
🧟 The Infection
Spore populates the world with infected. Aggressive, numerous, and at their worst when the summer heat lets them repopulate.(they are completley inactive during autumn and winter, excluding areas they are already rooted in) TACZ and Create Immersive TaCZ give you the firepower to deal with them.
🏚️ The World
Lost Cities generates a post-apocalyptic urban landscape to explore and reclaim. Tectonic and Terralith reshape the terrain underneath it all. Tide adds life to the deep water if you dare go down there.
⚙️ Technology
Create is the heart of your progression, with a small, strong selection of addons:
- Create: Aeronautics - build and pilot aircraft to explore the wastes
- Create: Big Cannons - heavy artillery for serious threats
- Create: New Age, Diesel Generators, Crafts & Additions - power generation and electrical systems
- Steam 'n' Rails - rail networks across the ruins
- Create Deep Seas, Rock & Stone, Bits 'n' Bobs - expansion and decoration
When Create isn't enough, Mekanism and AE2 provide deeper tech layers.
📖 About the concept
This modpack is a prototype for a larger game concept(Project Terminarch), one that's currently too ambitious for a solo developer to build. Consider it a playable proof of theme: the mechanics, the mood, and the direction. A few places where the modpack compromises on the original vision:-
The real game will be a singleplayer story-driven game. This pack leans multiplayer focused.
-
The game is set on an icy moon with alien wildlife. This is largely a typical minecraft world, just very cold and mostly dead.
-
The game is planned to push players to make mobile submarine bases, and will have most of the map underwater. This modpack is a lot more free form, allowing you to make whatever type of vehicle you'd like.
-
The game is planned to have its own unique enemy progression system inspired by Factorio. This packs difficulty curve is based entirely on time / season, which I dislike but is the best way I've found to scale difficulty so far.
