Description
Game of Wolves started because we were tired of the "rush to overpowered" feel of most modern modpacks. The first modpack we played was "Better Than Wolves", a modpack focused on low-tech. We could never replicate the feel of this era but we want to pay homage to our love for it.
Early in the pack, you will experience the low-tech side of base building (and protecting) as you work your way toward tech. If you want to be invincible in this mod pack you will have to earn it.
We have incorporated a few RPG aspects that will not only make you faster and stronger but will increase your chances of finding loot. You will also find armor that plays to the old-school mechanics of having gear that is specialized to specific resistances.
We hope that once completed, this modpack will give you an experience that will last more than two weeks. Thanks for joining us in the adventure.
Multipart Machines is a big part of the early game in this pack.
Mekanism will take you into the future as you progress through the ages.
RPG mods such as Modular Golems and Memories of the Past are integral to your exploration.
