What is GCA?

For a long while I've wanted to have some sort of modern city rp that still lets players want to do what they want

So I have been working to create a modpack where players are incentivised to interact with eachother, and create systems that are entirely setup and managed by the players themselves, Such as legislation, city management, econmics, ect

So I've cooked up with pack in which you will do all that

I have been working on completely altering the progression of the game after stone tools

I have adjusted and changed many recipes to be crafted using create recipes
and furnaces no longer smelting ores, in the early game you must use a campfire to do so

making the game much more difficult for the individual, encouraging player to player trade

combine that with food spoilage, seasons, thirst, and a food diversty system. there is an entire enconomic incentive to make resturants and farming opertations of different food types.

so I'm using kuro economy where players can set up shops, own bank accounts, write checks, set up automatic payments to hire other players, and the government can issue player ID cards.

And to spurr on the economy and city prosperity, you'll need a people to inhabit it
I'm using MCA in combination with Villager comforts, and custom villager trades. to give the players a dynamic npc population that players can interact with, talk to, and form relations with, Great for RP, and the villagers will act as the heart of your economies, and to keep good pricing with the villagers you'll need to meet all their needs

That being, housing, recreational, and social needs
so you'll need to expand your city properly and effectivley to keep your people happy
Also to be used in a city environment, Vehicles

with immersive vehicles you can setup airports, taxi services, large transport services, Even gas stations are viable, with oil and fuels being something players will have to capitalize on themselves.

This is still in the early stages of development, If you have suggestions or questions join the discord
I also host warlords matches there
