About
Description
TL;DR - Dragons, Tech and Magic.
(OPTIFINE SUGGESTED BUT NOT INCLUDED)
Optimised for exploration, tool progression and the arcane arts, Gilgamesh is a mix of RPG and combat elements with multiplayer in mind.
While the Caves and Cliffs Backport make the realm below the surface ever more expansive (and dangerous), above ground, dragons (wyrm)roost in the cliffs, Productive Bees float from place to place, and new Minecolonies spring up in the valleys.
The primary gameplay loop of this pack is centred on nurturing a base (better with friends) and protecting it from outward forces. Mahou Tsukai provides powerful weapons and bounded fields against enemy players and vampiric mobs, Sophisticated Backpacks makes adventuring a breeze, and Dungeons Plus makes the overworld a wonderous, deadly place.
Primary Mods:
- Ambient Environment (To make the world sound alive and active as you traverse it)
- AppleSkin (To assist with food rationing on long adventures)
- Ars Nouveau (For some magic shenanigans)
- Better Animals Plus (For a slew of new tameable animals, trophies and cloaks)
- Better End (Makes the end worth exploring for more than loot)
- Bountiful Baubles (Some cool new gear for the Terraria fans amongst you)
- Buzzier Bees (For resource production)
- Caves and Cliffs Backport (A much needed overhaul to the caves below)
- Cosmetic Armour Reworked (Fashion is everything)
- Dungeons Plus (Some of the coolest dungeons you'll ever see)
- Farming for Blockheads (Make your base's food production easier)
- Journey Map (Needs no explenation)
- Just Player Heads (Put Kray's head on the front of your base for the next time he tries something)
- Mahou Tsukai (Fate magic? Fate magic)
- Mine Colonies (Why farm and build a village when NPC's can do it for you?)
- Peaceful Surface (So your builds don't need 20 million torches to not be destroyed by creepers)
- Sophisticated Backpacks (The definitive backpack mod)
- Spice of Life: Potato Edition (Rewards diet diversity with buffs)
- Twilight Forest (One of the most iconic dimension mods from the early days of modding)
- Tinkers Construct (Thorough tool progression, equally iconic)
- Upgraded Netherite (Late game diversity)
- Vampirism (Skill trees and tough choices)
- Wyrmroost (And where would we be without dragons?)
