I created this modpack for the builders of my buildteam (flatironix) to have access to new blocks and mechanics, but I feel like it would be fun for a lot of different people, so I decided to upload it.  This modpack is indented to be used on a server, on a laptop or older desktop, or for video content creation and/or streaming as it is pretty lightweight. The basic flow of technology that I had intended with this pack is ex nihilo for the early game, to avoid mining (if you are gocleau) and to support Tinkers Construct and early Create gameplay.  Then all of the Create machines and factories, which would eventually support Mekanism and Industiral Foregoing.  Although you could also play Create, and throw bits and pieces from the aforementioned tech mods to support the Create machines - or vice versa.  There are many options in this modpack, but only around 100 mods.
