Description

What does this modpack do?

First of all, this modpack greatly complicates the game. Now the game will slow down the player's development, add many new dangerous monsters with the Born in Chaos mod, and change the intelligence of vanilla mobs with the Enhanced AI mod. Also, the game has the Iron's spells & spellbooks mod, which adds many new magic items. And most importantly: a complete rebalance of the entire progression. All mods added to the builds have been tested and balanced using KubeJS and Reliable remover mods. No OP items or mechanics! The player's entire progress was greatly slowed down. So this modpack gives a completely new experience. Try it!

The main complications

  1. Spawn rate 120. There's no way you're going to get a break at night!
  2. You won't find most useful structures right at spawn. No quick starts!
  3. Spice of life: Classic edition. Now you can't just eat bread or golden carrots. You'll have to eat as many different foods as possible, otherwise you'll soon be unable to satisfy your hunger. Luckily, the Farmer's Delight mod will be a great help.
  4. No F3 or minimaps. Now you'll definitely have to learn how to navigate, remember which direction you're heading, and remember the vanilla navigation tools. Fortunately, the lodestone recipe has been simplified. Now you only need an iron block, not a netherite ingot. There was supposed to be a new lodestone craft here
  5. Enhanced AI. Think you can easily kill vanilla mobs? Things won't be so easy now! In fact, sometimes even previously peaceful mobs will fight back.
  6. Born in chaos. There will be many new monsters in your world that are not welcome!
  7. The wither is now like in BE. I think you already understand what this means. Good luck! :D

Forgotten items that are worth remembering. Forgotten items that are worth remembering.

Major features

  1. Iron's spells & spellbooks. Spells, spellbooks, rings and a lot of magic!
  2. Expensive armor craft. Now, to make at least an iron armor set, you will have to spend 1.5 stacks of iron ingots! However, the game now offers you other armor, including chainmail.
  3. The durability of many items has been increased. Now your valuables will serve you much longer.
  4. Balance and clear progression. Now you know your next step. The progression now looks like this: copper, bronze, chainmail, iron, dark metal, netherite, mage armor. OP items like stone axe, fireward ring and other were either weakened or removed.
  5. Regions unexplored. There are now a lot of new biomes in the overworld and in the nether.
  6. Enderscape. This is my favorite mod for changing the end. It doesn't turn it into a jungle, but it adds a lot of content.
  7. Bosses of Mass Destruction. The game already had 6 bosses, but now there will be even more!
  8. Deeper mod integration. To achieve this, I've rewritten some recipes. I want the game to feel like a cohesive whole, without disjointed progression across different mods. There was supposed to be a new ender eye craft here There was supposed to be a new recovery compass craft here

Other features

  1. Farmer's delight. If you need a break from fighting or grinding, you can always try cooking something interesting. Just kidding, you'll definitely need to do that. Don't forget about the Spice of life mod.
  2. Additional placements. Have you ever dreamed of vertical slabs in the game? Or vertical stairs? Now you have it all, thanks to this mod! Nothing limits your building! Well, except for the horde of monsters.
  3. Copper and bronze items. Copper is no longer as useless as it seems!
  4. Furnace rebalance. With the datapack I wrote, the furnace will smelt different items at different speeds, including all items from all mods. The smoker and blast furnace are even faster now, so you'll need them.
  5. Do a barrel roll. Controlling the elytra won't be as easy, but it will be more spectacular. I hope you don't feel sick.
  6. Stackable potions. I think the mod's name speaks for itself.

The ultimate goal

If you

  1. defeated all 10 bosses,
  2. received the best possible armor,
  3. received the best possible weapon (most DPS),
  4. created at least 1 maximum-level eldritch spell,
  5. haven't gone crazy during this time

you have completed this modpack!

Mud Flaps, play this on hardcore mode.

Possible problems

  1. If the game crashes on first launch, try launching it again, this should solve the problem.
  2. If you see a strange file called ".DS_Store", you can safely delete it. This is a MacOS system file, which is what I used to build this modpack. It doesn't do anything and you don't need it.
  3. When you enchant at an anvil with a stack of enchanted books, all of them are used instead of just one. I'll try to fix this soon, but for now, be careful and only use one book per item.
