Harder Life - Official Experience

This is the official modpack based on the mod Harder Life.

The mod adds new content and reworks a lot of vanilla features, they are all listed on the mod page and some of them can also be found inside the game thanks to JEI, that shows recipes and item informations (used to guide the player on how to obtain certain items).

This project aims to make the vanilla experience more challenging and fun, by making the game more difficult (through the Harder Life mod), but not in an eccessive way that could cause frustration in the player.

The main goal of the modpack is to allow the players to enjoy the game with different playstyles, expecially in the early game, instead of blindingly rushing to beat the ender dragon and getting gear with mending from villager trading by locking certain items or progression stages behind harder requirements.

Every stage of the game has received some changes, from early game to end game, by either making recipes more difficult, adding requirements to make gear or progress items (like ender eyes).

Some things in the game are currently inaccessible, like the wither boss fight, this is caused by the Harder Life mod, which currently removes any way of obtaining wither skeleton skulls, that's because a complete rework of the wither is planned to get added by the mod in the future.

The modpack includes the Essentials Mod, that mod allows to directly invite your friends from inside your singleplayer world, without any effort to make a configure a dedicated server!

Another included mod is Voice Chat, so you can talk with your friends directly in game!
