 Dev: I Need to Stress This. Every time you create a new world in both 1.19.2 and 1.20.1. You need to click on more. On the right, you should see 'Cities'. Click on and enable it. Additionally, you need to click Customize. Then, click the middle box until you see 'Zombie Essentials'. Then done. You need to do this every time for a new world.

Hollow Earth
When the skies turned black and the dead began to rise, the surface world became a graveyard. Humanity fled beneath the earth, seeking refuge in the endless tunnels and caverns. But down here, there is no proper safety. The infection spreads even in the dark, and the horrors of the night follow you underground.

In this modpack, you must survive in a world overrun by the undead. Massive cave networks replace the surface, and every flicker of light could reveal a shambling horde. Resources are scarce. Sounds echo through the tunnels — and sometimes, what you hear isn’t human anymore.
